Some staff inconsistencies

Most of the staff is good. There is a big turnover. Weekends are inconsistent with help. Communication is not always good. My mom doesn't like the food. The apartment size is good. Spacious living room. Bedroom are small. Housekeeping is inconsistent.

Such an amazing Activity leader that keeps residents in shape with The Right Moves and other exercise based programs. It’s not easy to please everyone, and they sure do try! A real joy and a delight!!

We chose Elderwood village because we were told it offered enhanced care that could increase with mom's needs. It seemed that the care never caught up to her needs. We believe we were over promised and under delivered. We're moving mom and not happy with Elderwood Village.
