PositiveMaking a Difficult Situation Manageable
Our plans were upset after only several days as my sister had to be moved from an independent care apartment to the memory care unit. She was ill-suited for the former as a result of a tendency to wander. The change was necessary and the staff helpful in making the transition manageable. That said, I found the facilities in both units sizable, well laid out and well maintained and the staff in both instances professional while being approachable, accommodating and friendly with both residents and visitors. PositiveStaff was very welcoming and thorough. Residents were friendly and engaging. Location was clean, decor is a bit dated but renovating plans are in the works. We were not given an explanation on what brought them to a decision to deny admittance as a resident. That would’ve been good to know.

They lied to me when I chose a cheaper un renovated apartment for [removed]k less and they are charging her for a renovated 2nd floor apartment and they said to me " that's how it is". I don't recommend the place to anybody! I will be moving her out as soon as I can!
