PositiveMy mom has given her permission and signed request to speak for her and express what is best for her.
All my mom's doctors honor the authority my mom has given me but it continues to be an issue at Flagstone. She doesn't not openly express her needs or challenges to the staff. She denies having a problem or struggle because she doesn't want to be a bother or admit something is wrong. This is part of her struggle with dementia and MCI. When i see evidence of a need, i express it to the staff. Its very upsetting that even with her written consent that daughter's requests need to be considered for her best interests +…

Most of my experience with the hands on care has been verry good. I admire those who take care of the population she is in in Memory Care. However, getting my Mom to appointments has been a challenge. But, today they were very efficient and I sincerely appreciate it. My Mom does need much better mouth care. I will be sending information to assist you in that DAILY need so that her mouth isn't hurting her. Now, the financial management has been very poor. I would not recommend this memory care facility to ANYONE. The whole picture was awful. Not enough staff, not clean, high amount of items "disappeared ", meds were not given on time or correctly & even though we moved him in October, we're still getting bills

I would tell anyone looking into Flagstone Senior Living to look for a different place for your loved ones. They really need to improve on their staffing here. We are disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care, lack of concern, and lack of response whenever we voice our concerns.
