Happy with our choice

Overall I am very satisfied with Fox Hollow. All staff have been friendly. They know my mom and all the other residents by name. My questions or concerns have been addressed quickly. My mom is very happy - she enjoys the food and enjoys the activities and outings offered. We opted for a room with kitchenette and room is a Great size, though there are options for larger or smaller. She receives meds as she is supposed to and they have helped with daily activities as needed while still promoting her independence. The…

My mom is a resident of Fox Hollow. [name removed] and her staff in memory care are exceptional. Our family is out of town periodically and we feel confident about her care. The facility has been renovated and is very well maintained.

Review for Fox Hollow Senior Living

Most of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. My mother says the food has gotten questionable, but I'm sure it's the same thing each week and not much variety. She also has commented that the Cleaners don't do a thorough job each week. They take care of the trash and straighten up, but they don't look at the small areas like the corners of the room.

I have been very pleased with friendliness and responsiveness of staff. My mom is pleased with the food selection. Room choices are good and my mom is satisfied with size of her room. No issues with cleanliness. Laundry comes weekly. My mom's has enjoyed the activities there. I have had to talk with staff a few times about the care plan for my mom and ensuring it is followed, but again staff is always responsive and try to make adjustments. Great staff, great facility, great care for mom.

Staff has been great and always friendly. They provide excellent care for my mom.

Adequate, but not top notch.

The staff were sometimes lazy and inattentive. Being understaffed is a problem. My loved one was often not clean and they seldom assisted with teeth brushing. (Her tooth brush was usually dry and her dentist said her hygiene was terrible) She also was agitated due to boredom. I saw few activities or enrichment beyond watching TV. She fell out of bed and suffered significant bruises and they did not call hospice or me to notify us. I would not recommend the memory care if you had other alternatives, but unfortunatel…
