Peace of mind

They evaluated him as soon as he arrived to determine his needs. They met with my husband and myself and communicated with us consistently. They were able to meet his needs at level three which was a huge relief. They gave him the care he required daily which gave us great peace of mind.

Sunrise seemed very organized and well run. [name removed] was very informative and answered all of our questions. My mother in law isn't able to transport to a wheelchair so we will most likely have to find a full care nursing home which we regret. Sunrise was lovely and very homey.

Nice Community.

My Mom was 93 and only lived at Sunrise for 4 1/2 months before passing away this year (2025). She rented a studio apartment which had plenty of room for her hospital bed, small dresser, 2 small tables and plenty of chairs for visitors. We were pleased with our experience with Sunrise. It is very clean, and the staff did a great job taking care of her. Review for Sunrise of Johns Creek

Caregivers are great. Very caring and helpful, especially those in charge. Everyone knows your name - it's a very friendly facility. Food needs improvement - it's not the best. Great activities everyday including field trips.

Great potential with room for improvement

The property itself is nice with lots of common areas. Parking is terrible - cars are always in the fire lane because there aren't enough spots. There isn't much of an outside area for walking other than around the building or even a spot for gardening. My dad says the keep making the same food over and over and he's not usually picky. Like anywhere, some of the staff are amazing and others aren't quite as great. I would think this generally is a wash. The Director is nice but a poor communicator. She is frequent…

Our family's experience

Overall they provide well for my mother. The place is comfortable, clean and the food is acceptable. The only big problem is the with the help. The management seems to care but many of the better workers have left. Turnover seems to be high. A few of the workers have poor attitudes and can be rude at times.
