[name removed] is the director, she offered us a deal, they have great food. The food was great and so was the care. Unfortunately my loved one passed away about a month after moving there.

PositiveThe dishwasher never worked. The meals were nutritious and mom liked them but not many activities planned. Mom passed in [date removed] of last year so we were just there about five months. They had a difficult time keeping directors. In the five months we were there, they had three different directors. The caregivers were caring and took good care of my mom.

PositiveI wish the communication between shifts and with family was better. There has been a lot of turnover this past year making it difficult to get acquainted with staff and develop a relationship with them.

PositiveMy cousin was loved like she was a family member and we were treated with love and respect.

PositiveI would say that overall, we love GoodLife! With the small size of the community, the staff and Caregivers really get to know the residents and know how to best meet their needs. I would recommend!

PositiveWe have been there since July and have now gone through two directors so evidently there is a break in the system somewhere. The care givers are very patient and kind with my mom and she is difficult. They work to decorate and make it seem like a big home. Meals are prepared well and look good. Unfortunately the dishwasher has not worked since we have been there. That is not good with illnesses going around.
