So disappointed and frustrated

The staff tries and tries to do the right thing - but turnover is fast - training is sketchy - there are too few staff . Corporate is shit , doesn't seem to change - they just want to squeeze staff and residents for money . My parents both lost weight - in 6 months they were down 26-30 pounds.. They couldn't get them to shower enough so they were unclean. One of us children ended up doing their showers, their nails, Dad's shaving etc. If you can afford somewhere else go there. The first time I walked through the doors I felt like I was home. To my new family. It was very clean. The food very good. LOVED living here

Great Place

I think they are wonderful, the best to work with. It's a solid company to depend on. I enjoy the fact that they are concerned about different issues that affect people with physical conditions. It's nice to see them work with people who need special care.

Hawks Ridge - a truly valuable place

The values and concerns that the staff have for the residents are consistent and positive. Often they go the extra mile to help me. My room is very well laid out and complete in what it offers. I'm a very social person and I appreciate the ability to engage with so many of the residents and staff. Living at Hawks Ridge does not limit me to pursue my favorite community interests.

Great place to live

Hawks Ridge is a great place to live. There are many nice residents and the staff is great. The meals provide a good variety and is always delicious. I love my 1-bedroom apartment, it's pleasantly arranged with all of my necessary belongings.

Fantastic place

My experience at Hawks Ridge has been great. The staff have been attentive to my needs. I moved here so I can be near my son. He lives nearby and now is able to visit me very often. I love my apartment, it's very inviting and comfortable and I enjoy watching what's going on outside.
