Heritage Court - Menomonee Falls

[removed name] was pleasant and helpful. The staff seemed friendly. There was a strong unpleasant aroma when we arrived that seemed to be emanating from an old mop which was being used to clean the floors. The facility otherwise appeared clean.

Make sure they assist the resident correctly. We chose Heritage Court because it was close to me and the safety equipment. Also it was, is memory care. I think the rooms are alright, some are larger than others. Including a shower in the room, which my mom didn't get one, even though I asked for one. They have a little store and get, heritage bucks they can spend there. They have a nice patio during the summer. They also have special celebrations for the resident and families. Not sure what amenities they have..

Strictly memory care

We have been very pleased with Heritage Court. It is strictly a memory care facility and the staff are super friendly and really knowledgeable and engaged with the residents. I really liked the activities provided. Whenever I go visit everyone is out and about and doing things and the staff are engaging with them. I have never seen her just sitting and watching TV which makes me happy. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for a memory care facility

This community was nice but I just did not get the feeling that this was the place for my loved one when I walked in.

Heritage Court was one of the few places that responded to our phone calls in a timely manner, other communities never even called us back. That set off a good first impression. We have not been there for meal time yet, but our loved one is eating well so we have to assume the meals are good, and they have a lot of activities for the residents to get involved in.

Very nice facility. Distance was a key factor in not selecting this facility.
