PositiveOur dad move in around 2 weeks ago to heritage Grove At Arrowood, and we are very pleased with everything so far. dad seems very content and Happy. His room is clean and large. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good and portions are sizable. Overall very nice and clean assisted living with a good group of staff working there.

PositiveI have to make sure that my mom gets showers. They struggle keeping staff and the food isn't great but for the price you can't beat it! Mom is safe and happy and that's all that matters to me. If you're on a tight budget this is a must see. Clean and nice!!

PositiveSince the change in management I can’t say enough about the improvements not only In the care but also the cleanliness. My only complaint is the food service company, they definitely can do much better because it’s horrible according to my Father. I would definitely recommend Arrowood to others.

CriticalWe did not have a good experience with Arrowood. They were not certified and were not even supposed to take my loved one. She was here a week and then they told us she was going to have to move out. My loved one was not happy and said the food was terrible. We could not get out fast enough and would not recommend them to others.
