Definitely Would Recommend

I give a five (5) on all of the above. I couldn't be happy with the director who is [name removed]. My mother financially is not as sound as I had hoped bringing her into the facility last year. [name removed] and the owners have made a financial arrangement with me to allow my mother to stay at a lower rate, even after being moved into the Memory Care facility side. I am in the process of trying to get my mother due to her care needed, and the monies that are not there trying to get her into the Medicaid program a…

I have no Complaints.

I don't have any Complaints. It helps a lot for me and and my wife. Activities are helpful for my wife I really appreciate that a lot. Thank you to all the staff for all that they do and [name removed] for all of her help.

Not recommended

Some of the staff were competent, but more were untrained which they admitted and there just wasn't enough staff. The weekends were tough. The housekeeping was good. Communication was poor with the family. The meals were rather unappetizing and not very warm when served. The move in went well, but there was little education for family members. Again, not enough staff. I had hospice to help 3x a week, otherwise my loved one wasn't bathed or changed very often. I had to hire a night nurse. I would not recommend this …

Our Family Experience

Mom never made it to the facility, went to hospital and could not live independently. However facility was not trying to give a refund all money. I had to call Better Business Bureau to get done. Without the Better Business Bureau help we would not have received. I do not recommend. Staff was not as appeared

Review for The Landings at Norcross

They accommodated his specific needs that most assisted living would not. It is not the best place. But most definitely not the worst. Staff not very attentive.

Our family had an in person tour with The Landings at Norcross and we thought it was a great tour experience but at the time they were full and had no availability.
