A great place for my loved one

We absolutely love Hudson House. Great service and great staff. I do recommend to others.

Started Great but now not so much…

They tell you what you want to hear when you tour the facility… but later on reality sets in and you realize that there are major staff issues. Always turnover….staff does bare minimum to get by. If they do get good help they wind up leaving for better opportunity. Activities are repetitive & staff does not encourage all residents to attend.. staff takes easy way out every chance they get. Wish owner came around more and they would see what is really happening Such a shame.

Nice location

Hudson House is in a nice location with a pond to the west and just west of the University. Clean environment with Staff that are friendly and respectful. Based on level of needs and staff being available and present for supporting residents appears to be average to minimum. Each meal is limited to one meal selection prepared for all residents. They don't go hungry. Activities are repetitive and don't interest many to participate. Overall the value appears to be average.

Amazing

Hudson House would be the perfect place to bring your mom or family members, if you are wanting a homefeeling. Staff is very considerate and respectful,they interact with residents are very friendly and bubbly. They also provide services such as A barber who comes in on Thursday to give the residents hair cuts,she even will trim their toes! The Small Business Difference

There have been a couple of times in my life where I have been a part of HHC in different capacities. The Hudson House has always been a special place where the residents have been well loved. In 2020 HHC became under new ownership. I would say the attention to detail at the facility has increased since this change (attention to detail from the food to the level of care, it has all grown exponetially). Bring your Loved ones to a great place. So they don't have to be at home by themselves so they can enjoy some snacks and games and friendships and great meals and someone to watch over them daily.
