We were very happy with Bickford during the short time Mom was there before she passed away. The staff was always kind, compassionate, and attentive, and it gave our family comfort knowing she was being well cared for. They treated Mom with dignity and genuine care, which meant so much to us during a very difficult time. understaffed, but they are always friendly. it is assisted living, they will tell you your person can stay in one of their apt./rooms but they don't check on them enough they say every 2 hours. they let us put in a camera but it's concerning to see your person waiting for help. also plan on supplying everything down to your own toilet paper. the room is empty like an apt. you supply furniture & everything you need. one nice thing little kitchen area with mini fridge & microwave set on countertop with cabinets & a …

I originally selected Bickford because of the activities throughout the day. They were without an activity director for 10 weeks. It was horrible for the residents. It also seems like there is a constant aide turnover where I do not know the people who care for my mom. Currently, I would not recommend Bickford . I am still confident she is being cared for and that gives me peace of mind
