PositiveWe chose Jenni-Lynn because of the nice location. Quiet neighborhood located conveniently to grocery and dining. Within our budget. Very kind and personal staff. 4 of the nurses attended my moms funeral. They were in the middle of renovating the facility during part of her stay there.

PositiveWe would highly recommend Jenni Lynn. Our mother is very happy there. The only problems we have seen are staff turnover and sometimes a shortage of staff. We picked it at the time because it was close to family and it had a comfortable, homey atmosphere.

CriticalLast week of my loved one's life she was brought back from hospital on a Monday. I came to visit Tuesday, she was soaking in her urine, even pillow was soaked, she was freezing and could not move. Someone had brought her breakfast but did not check her. She died several days after the urine incident.
