I almost left a 4-Star review instead, but I realize that the issues I have with this facility are mostly emotional. It's hard to see elders in decline. But from what I could see they are well cared for at this facility. I have now toured several facilities and this one seems good overall. Residents seemed to have the attention of the staff. Very positive environment and they really get my mom moving as much as possible, but also able to use a Hoyer Lift to help as necessary. I would recommend them

Happy with our choice for memory care.

Caregiving staff are friendly and caring, but admin and nursing staff are disorganized. Lack of follow through. I believe this is a caring facility that lacks, training, communication and effective management. Overall I believe it a safe and comfortable place for elderly and memory care. Rooms are small. Activities are mostly watching TV.

Friendly and helpful staff. Special outings included with residents are activities. Other friendly and easy to get along with.

Family

My husband has been a resident at this facility for a year. I have found it to be a place where the staff sincerely cares for those who are living there. They meet frequently to discuss individual care and find solutions to problems.

Both of my parents have been residents for almost a year and they receive excellent care and personal attention. I am always greeted with a smile and hello. I get a call anytime there is a concern and the staff are quick to respond to my request. Highly recommended.
