Our families experience

The food was terrible. Nothing tasted good. They ran out of stuff all the time. They pinched pennies on the smallest things, such as condiments. By the time the food would get to them. It usually wasn't even hot. We had issues with her not getting her medication's all the time. The activity bus never ran. I'm not sure why that was. I even tried contacting the owners, but received nothing in reply. There is a terrible shortage in staff. On the weekends, it could take forever just to get someone to buzz us into th…

A great place for my loved one

I had the difficult task of finding an assisted living style setting for my sister in law after the recent passing of my brother. They were married for over 55 years and had plans to down size together into assisted living.. My sister in law has made remarkable progress since moving to Karolwood. She has met some new friends that she looks forward to dining with every day. The staff tries very hard to ensure her needs and some wants are taken care of. We are pleased overall. Karolwood Gardens Review

This facility may not be the best overall in this area, but was basically perfect for my mother. She is on oxygen and the staff delivered her meals and did not pressure her to do any on-site activities. This made my mother more comfortable. She had the same aids and maids and nurses week to week. Which made her more comfortable dealing with the same people and getting used to them with her dementia.

Great service, good food and beautiful atmosphere. Good environment. Wonderful place to visit. Please clean the sun room for patient. Employees are sensitive and caring. Haven’t had recreational activities.
