Our loved one has since passed but what we liked the most about the community was Everything. [name removed] the Exec was great. Ran a tight ship and treats his employees very well. Everyone else was very caring and on top of everything. I would highly recommend Keystone.

My only complaint is my mom passed on [date removed] and they kept the full month of my payment at [price removed]- I still do not feel that is fair. Since they were no longer her caring for her. I feel I should have only paid for rent.

PositiveFinally a safe place mom loves
It’s has taken a full year and 7 moves to find the right place. Keystone is everything and more, we started in AL and immediately realized MC was needed after all. During the transition everyone stepped in to make sure she stayed safe and did not leave the building without a staff member. Once in memory care the staff, oh my goodness, all of the staff are incredible! There are so many it feels so safe and they are helping and talking to everyone.
