CriticalLack of good management with respect for the residents was lacking. The fact that I lived in a kennel with the dogs that the residents had was insulting. I explained what an emotion healthy with dogs would be. Dogs that snarl, bark and show their teeth are intimidating. I would not recommend Kings Reserve.

PositiveOverall the staff are very nice and accommodating to the residents. The most trouble my loved one has is the meals and dining. The community is able to clean my loved one's room the way they like it, and they are very friendly at the front desk. There are two meals a day served, breakfast/brunch is available until 1:30 and then dinner is served 4:30-6:30 in the evening for the residents.
