Review for King's Reserve College Park

Lack of good management with respect for the residents was lacking. The fact that I lived in a kennel with the dogs that the residents had was insulting. I explained what an emotion healthy with dogs would be. Dogs that snarl, bark and show their teeth are intimidating. I would not recommend Kings Reserve.

Our experience

I have to tell you my mom moved out before it became Kings Reserve. She loved it when it was [name removed] but with the transition there were services that were not going to be available anymore. So Kings Reserve did not support her needs.

This is the First and Last Place You Will Look At for Your Loved One

Overall the staff are very nice and accommodating to the residents. The most trouble my loved one has is the meals and dining. The community is able to clean my loved one's room the way they like it, and they are very friendly at the front desk. There are two meals a day served, breakfast/brunch is available until 1:30 and then dinner is served 4:30-6:30 in the evening for the residents. A great place for loved ones

Our loved one immediately really liked Discovery Commons, we liked the smallness of the community and the location is in the area our loved one previous had their home.

It Really Feels Like Home

I would definitely try and get your loved one in here. This is an amazing place. The staff are wonderful and nice. We felt like we as a family belonged there as well as our loved one. The food was good for my loved one.
