CriticalThe facility needs a ton of maintenance as far carpet, painting, electrical projects. Also, my mom moved there in October and her rent went up in January! Horrible first customer experience. Normally your rent would go up after your lease is up. The staff are really nice, I love that they come and pick up your trash for you, and the residents are like family and enjoy one another.

PositiveI recently toured/previewed Pinnacle West for a friend of family. The personnel I met were very helpful and nice. The few residents I met were friendly and quite enthusiastic about the facility. Some had been residents for quite a long time I only toured a studio and 1 bedroom unit. I found both to be spacious and with more storage than many apartments I’ve seen in my past. My general impression was very favorable especially for a low income facility.
