The team was great to work with during the set up and transition period. My dad loves the place, the staff, and the food. It is a much nicer place than we were expecting to be able to afford. He feels safe and has really embraced the move and the support that they give him. Please give a shout out to [Names Removed]! They have made this transition so smooth for my dad!

Right now the facility is going thru renovations due to sprinkler failure & water damage Outside of that, the facility is very warm & welcoming from staff to other residents. There are planned activities M-F, occasionally on Sat. The activity coordinator is very lively, friendly & tries to keep things interesting for the residents Very little staff turnover & they do their best to attend to resident's needs Food is very tasty, only negative is they aren't able to accommodate special dietary needs I highly recom…

Activities have picked up nicely. The staff is very friendly and always looking out for the residents. We really like the location. It's close to all medical and stores. Mom's apartment is very roomy with a good view of trees and wildlife. She has her own washer/dryer too. I would like them to do a better job of cleaning. I have to vacuum her unit as they don't. Dusting too. They were without an activities director for quite some time but have someone now.

I would say that the staff and residents are friendly and helpful, however, the executive director is very slow to return phone calls and emails. A second attempt is always required and it still takes about 10 days for an answer. The response is very generic, not detailed enough. We picked it because our mother liked the apartment, and she felt comfortable with it.
