CriticalMy experience
Upper level staff is invisible even when you ask to see them. Room staff are generally competent. Food is good to inadequate, especially for supper. Activities are geared to the senile: puzzles, bingo, old movies. Cleanliness is adequate. Room size is ok for the one room and bath that one has.

I feel the faculty is clean and well maintained. They have changed Directors and had a major staff changes that has been a challenge hopefully now that a new Director is in place things will improve again. Initially it was good communication is an issue sometimes the medical person does not communicate instructions to the med techs and things go undone and that is frustrating having to cover things two and three times.

There are a few med techs that are awesome and very helpful. Her room hasn't been cleaned since she moved in. The administration hasn't returned calls or email. We feel like if any info is shared we have to beg for it. We haven't been impressed.

We really like it. It's inviting. The staff is super attentive. Everyone is friendly. Very nice residents with amazing stories. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
