★★★★★
PositiveFacility fairly new and well maintained. About 250 residents when full. Independent and assisted mixed which is nice for everyone. Four added levels of care for those in assisted. They do not offer skilled nursing. I've had issues with the administrative processes. Early on billing feels a bit chaotic.

PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is how nice the building/grounds are, looks inviting and upscale so it doesn't feel like an "old folks home." Very nicely appointed apartment, etc. The staff is very caring and friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveThe activities coordinator and the activities staff, as well as the events and the frequent change of and rotation of musicians and external bands in groups and organizations such as the Alpharetta young men's service league the symphony and a few ballet performers. Secondly, if not actually primarily what I'm most impressed with is the program called flourish. PositiveThe staff have always been very responsive and give you their phone numbers to text or call with any questions, concerns or updates. They have always responded right away to my texts and addressed each situation/question right away. My Dad loves the 3 restaurants, especially the bistro where they make him pizzas and sandwiches. All restaurants have been very accommodating to my Dad's diet request. His room is very nice. He has made a lot of friends at the restaurants.

PositiveFound more than I never knew to look for. All the practical stuff AND so many extras. My cottage is charming, private without being isolated. the meals are delicious and the people so friendly. Interesting and varied activities,

CriticalRooms and infrastructure are not set up for people in wheelchairs. Their fees are excessive for the quality of services received. Activities for residents are infrequent and unengaging, shuttle service and scheduling is horrendous and routinely causes residents to be late for appointments or wait hours for pick up afterwards, CNA response time is excessive between 30 min to 1 hour. Overall the whole place was all sizzle, no substance. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
