PositiveI came for a tour expecting a small place just off Wall Triana Highway. It turned out much larger and cleaner than i had expected. We met [name removed] soon after and found her extremely informative about all the things the Range had to offer. We toured the building ( really nice builden) and seen what the people living there was enjoying. I can see why some there had chosen the Range as their place to live their lives.

CriticalMarketing people were very nice and helpful as was the director. Once you actually get into the place, there could be more cerebral activities other than bingo and Christian related activities. Many people aren't Christians. I think the colors inside on walls are dull there and don't invoke cheerfulness when you walk into the place. I thought maintenance was very good though- and their attentiveness to issues and maintenance needs with the individual resident was very good. There needs to be more orientation taken …

PositiveThe facility was very nice and so were all the staff we came into contact with. We ultimately decided against them because the charge a fee if the resident refuses to come to the dining room for all meals and since this would be my moms home, I don’t feel good about that mindset or expense.

I came in Sunday morning to visit my mother. She was out eating breakfast. She wasn't feeling very well so I took her back to her room and Satter interchain.
