CriticalUnderstaffed and Unprofessional
My father was in this facility for several years. During his stay, I had to almost beg to get his room cleaned properly, keep him dry, and keep him safe. He fell several times, and was also constipated to the point of it taking the hospital 6 days to get him cleared out. Of course none of this is the facilities fault, just ask them... The worst part is after my father passed, they have refused to issue a refund for the prorated portion of his rent. The director [name removed] has acknowledged that she owes it, but…

Every staff member is friendly and welcoming Mom is a 2 room suite so it's plenty big but the singles look good too Cable is extra but all needs are met otherwise Mom complains about the food as far as no seasoning and same foods repeatedly served. I have eaten there and it's ok And she would like to see church services there Otherwise no complaints

Mom would like more green veggies and better seasoning, sandwiches don't even have mayo on them. Team is friendly, place is clean, great value, mom would like a church service there. Overall she is pleased

Facility was great and it was exceptional to walk through the doors and have no smells of urine or bleach All staff were exceptional, from kitchen, CNA's, nurses, administrative and maintenance. Everyone went out of their way to make the transition as smooth and easy as possible Our experience with Magnolia was great.
