The food offers a good variety, but the posted meal service hours don't seem to be accurate. Residents are often encouraged to arrive early because staff say they may run out of food. My mother has early onset dementia and Alzheimer's. For the past year, we have had nothing but an exceptional experience with this community. Any holiday, there is some sort of a celebration. My mom will call me about what she's doing, and about the friends she has met. When I go and visit, it is always clean, welcoming, and the staff are always there to help. Mirabella is Wonderful!

Our experience has been a "5". Very, very friendly and helpful staff...very sweet, calm and reassuring caretakers Food is excellent. Activities are plentiful with high participation - excellent. Currently Mirabella is renovating the hallways, lobby and other various areas and it will look brand new when completed. I am very tough top impressed -- but I am very impressed.

Maureen showed us around several times. Very impressed with her. You have a nice facility. It was under renovation so I will want to see it when it’s finished.

Overall very nice

Overall we have been pleased with Mirabella. The food service is not up to par. Residents wait up to 40 minutes for their meals. I actually witnessed it and often the food is cold when they get it. I sent an email ti [name removed] and [name removed] about it, but have received no response from either of them. Other than that everything is really nice.

Disappointed

The administration is not great. Their lack of support of the med techs and other staff is terrible. They have been severely understaffed for months. They have gone through two chefs and the kitchen staff is nonexistent. The food quality has gone down tremendously. The executive director is not up to the task. There have been bed bugs on the upper levels that have not be handled properly. The incredible med techs staff then have managed to keep are over worked and under paid.
