Such a beautiful facility and friendly staff

What a lovely community , such friendly, active residents and community. Staff is friendly. There are so many activities for the residents to do. Staff greets everyone at the gatehouse and then again at the front desk. The calendar has so many options to choose from and the menu from dining has many options.

A great place to live.

I have lived at Monarch Landing for three years. The food is good, and there are loads of activities for everyone. Most of the activities are controlled by the residents with logistics support from the staff. This is one of the best senior living places in the state,,

Socialization is fantastic!

[name removed] and I were becoming very isolated in our townhouse. We were moving on in age and started looking at various place to move to. We are very satisfied with our move here to Monarch Landing. The socialization is fantastic and you don’t even have to get out of the house and drive to do so! I personally have been moderately active in the activities available and particularly enjoy the presentations on various subjects provided. I enjoy one activity called the Flat Earth Society that meets at 8:30am, 6 day

Monarch has become my home and couldn’t be happier!

My experience at Monarch Landing has been the best that I could’ve imagined. Moving from my house of 48 years was heartbreaking but the staff made it as easy as possible. People are so friendly that I never pass a person, resident or staff, who doesn’t smile and greet me. There are so many menu choices, myriad of services on site, and trips to the theatre, concert halls, and restaurants, in addition to regular shuttle to grocery stores. Maintenance is at my service. Work orders are promptly attended to. Monarch has
