Too often, they served cold meals when hot meals were the expectation. Especially at dinner. The apartment size and location of the community were fine.

PositiveWould recommend as a good facility
One of the few places that offers assisted living type B for my brother-in-law and could admit my sister for independent living. Willingness to work with them as a couple was appreciated. Parking is often not available, sometimes having to park 2 blocks away.

My friend's experience has been very positive. I just can't say enough good things about the staff ! They have all been incredibly helpful and kind. One of the reasons I picked Monticello West was because of the longevity of the staff. I think the average length was 12 years and above. I see the people at work - when no one else is there and their care and compassion are overwhelming.
