Review for Morningside House of Friendship

Our experience has been very positive from the beginning. The team was welcoming, compassionate, and helpful throughout the entire transition. The move-in process was straightforward, communication was excellent, and the staff provided support every step of the way. Since then, we've found the staff to be attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Questions and concerns are addressed with patience and professionalism, and it's reassuring to know our loved one is receiving thoughtful, quality care. Overall, we a

From the start my husband and I were greeted with a very friendly receptionist. Before we could get comfortable in the very nice "man cave" we were introduced to Amanda. She was very cordial, an attentive listener, and shared a great deal about the establishment of Morningside House of Friendship. Her credentials and experience made us feel quite comfortable with the level of care they would offer if my Mom resided there. Their concept of "community living" was refreshing. Their objective was to assure Mom would b

Review for Morningside House of Friendship

Beautiful facility, awesome staff and my sister was well taken care of. She really liked it there. I would definitely recommend them to others. My sister made great progress there and was able to return home.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The facility was clean, and the residents seemed engaged and content. The longevity of the staff was a sign to me that they enjoy working there and are good at their work. After seeing another facility that I was sure was the place for my mom, I was impressed because Monrningside House of Friendship felt more like home.

I have to say, it’s really the staff that makes this place special. The facility itself is very nice — don’t get me wrong — but it’s the people who truly make the difference. We’ve been there for two years now, and it just keeps getting better. I visit two times a week, sometimes three, and the nursing staff is incredibly involved. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. I won’t lie — price was an important consideration at first. But it also meant a lot to me that he could have his own room, that ever

I would rate most areas a 5, with the exception of activities. Unfortunately, my dad was only there for a couple of months before he passed away unexpectedly, so I did not have long-term experience with the facility. My dad was in the lower-level, low-functioning area. There were no activities available in that section, which was understandable given that most residents there were not mobile and had advanced dementia. However, we had discussed possibly moving him to another floor where he might have had more stimu
