They were grouped all around the corridors; smiling, talkative and obviously comfortable. My host, the executive director, greeted everyone we met and explained how the different levels of care were spread throughout the building.

Her room on first floor, well maintained and new surfaces/ furniture. Many residents in hallways and many activities planned. Negatives, she fell and broke teeth, I met her at hospital but no-one called/came to check on her. She is not getting better mentally after stroke 6 months ago and has started wetting bed and it hasn't gotten better.
