We pride ourselves on helping our residents feel at home, offering a range of accommodations — from roomy villas to cute cottages, and our grand main lodge. We are a pet-friendly community, although some restrictions do apply. Our independent living community has plenty of recreational activities, a 24-hour emergency alert and response system to keep you safe, and offers coordinated transportation as you enjoy all that Colorado Springs has to offer. PositiveVery friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and helped the moving in process. The refrigerator stopped working soon after moving in and the staff was very helpful in getting a newer used fridge. The food offered is nutritious and delicious at the same time. The one issue which would be a great "update" is a washer and dryer in each cottage. They do have an adequate laundry facility and help from the staff which helps tremendously.
