I really appreciate there is someone making home good food for my mom and watching over to make sure she doesn't choke. Her room is kept nice we really appreciate that. We all like that it's a small place cottage. We're all wishing you could put a little kind pressure on her too get her hair washed and stuff. Mom says no... Communication could be worked on like Progress reports would be helpful My mother needs sun on her skin for half an hour a day. She is unable to speak correctly so she is relying on us to communicate. Someone should ask us if we have questions like when we visit. I love the atmosphere, gathering for meals, the common area. The package we signed up for stated she gets help with a shower every week. Her hair is greasy. It doesn't look like this is happening. Laundry is better now since September, I had to leav…
