PositiveNora Commons on the Monon review
My experience has been great. It's a very nice place to live. People are friendly. My apartment is large. There are activities to do. Not much more to ask for

CriticalThey're in bad shape right know no management. And they need a maintenance man it's dirty around here. Unsatisfactory. I guess I wouldn't recommend them right now based off of these issues.
★★★★★
CriticalRent was raised $[removed]+/month for residents. Many had to move out. Repairs appear meet the responsibilities required by law for the landlord. Great resident activities are the only plus. But if that doesn't bother you, this is the place.
★★★★★
CriticalThe community has a library, pool room, we play bingo, and the activities are done by the residence and the staff. Communication is not as good as we would like it to be and maintenance takes a while to get things fixed. I would not recommend this community to others.
★★★★★
CriticalI chose Nora Commons because of the activities that they provided as well as the location, it is close to stores and pharmacies. The residents that live here are also very nice. The apartment sizes here are a good size. My only issue is their maintenance, their timing is poor. I would recommend, just know that since they changed management recently, the maintenance has really gone down.
★★★★★
CriticalRIght now because of COVID-19 there have not been any activities. The rooms at Nora Commons would be about a four out of five. I would recommend this community to a family or friend for independent living.
