By creating a safe, engaging, and therapeutic environment, we are committed to maximizing the dignity and self-confidence of every resident, allowing them to enjoy time with family, friends, and each other within a caring, homelike environment. Our exclusive NorthStar Memory Care program is designed to identify skills retained by each resident at any stage of memory loss, as well as areas where assistance or additional care may be needed.

Nice place

My uncle [name removed] never truly had a chance to adjust too North Lake House and settle in. He has passed on since we put him in there. He was placed in North Lake House around the New Year and passed away in early April. He was in and out of the hospital so much during that time period I just don't think he ever really got settled in there. That was not North Lake House's fault, it was just the way the cards were dealt.

Review for Northlake House

Until recent events, I was very pleased with the services provided by Northlake House. That said, I must speak from my heart. I do believe there is some accountability on the part of the facility regarding my mother’s current physical condition. The comments made by staff about not having proper coverage concern me, as they suggest that my mother may not have been adequately monitored during the time her blood pressure elevated, ultimately resulting in her stroke.

I have been quite pleased with the facility as a whole. The caregivers are knowledgeable and so very kind to my husband. My husband is dealing with a debilitating form of dementia, he feels very insecure and is quite paranoid and has episodes of delirium. The caregivers give him one on one attention and stay with him until he is calm. He has repeatedly told me how very kind everyone is. The facility is always clean and the residents look well kempt.
