PositivePreston House Memory Care is top notch! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, kind & seem to genuinely love what they do. The facility is clean & well appointed. The large, enclosed , backyard is beautiful, offering a safe place for residents to wander or rock. Appropriate activities & trips are included for those who are able to participate. It is a blessing & a comfort to know that my sister is at home at Preston House Memory Care.

PositiveLoved [name removed], however unfortunately my relative was not accepted due to urostomy bag. That is all, thank you for the wonderful visit.

PositiveI had lots of questions. The staff were very prompt and thorough in answering questions and addressing concerns I had before move-in. The staff are friendly and engaged with residents. My husband is always clean shaven and well bathed. He seems to be content there and made an easy transition from home.

PositiveI recently visited a family member at Preston House and was blown away by the cleanliness and welcoming smiles from staff. I was also happy to see all the activities they had planned for that day. I don’t get to come in town that often to see my loved one so I was thrilled to see they are happy and loved. Thank you to everyone at Preston House for creating a happy environment.

CriticalDO NOT GO TO PRESTON HOUSE. my dad’s been gone for six months and the care/disrespect he received there still haunts us. If we could have brought him home for his last months/days, we would have. The rooms are small, dirty, and dark. The food was horrible, I was there often and always brought him something edible. The staff were friendly on day one, all smiles, day two and after very unfriendly and rude. Never met the doctor once and we asked to. Nurse only there 8-5 M-F. Didn’t get bathed 3 times a week as promi…
