CriticalIf I have a problem and I go and start talking to the staff, most of the time they keep cutting in and won't let me talk. I have to raise my voice, to get their attention, and I explain, that when you cut me off and won't let me talk, or say something, then I get highly irritated. I even thought about breaking my lease and moving away.

CriticalI can only tell you about what happened to me personally. Putting names on those individuals when they no longer work there has no relative meaning any longer. Those people are gone because I believe corporate realized those individuals were a liability to their business. However, Corporate has not ever reached out to me with an apology or compensation for my losses because that would admit that they had a liability to the residents.
