CriticalOverall it's a beautiful facility and clean. Cons: Need more qualified staff nights and weekends. Care assistants don't always check in on patients that need extra care. What they are suppose to do vs. what they do is not consistent. On average takes much longer than it should when you press the pendant for assistance especially during meal times when no one is available because they are serving food instead. Food is very subpar and normally lukewarm. Room needs to be cleaned more often. Only appeared to be one…

PositiveMy mom lives here and besides the fact that she isn't completely independent anymore, The Oaks at Gracemont gives her as much independence as she can handle. The apartment is nice, the only real complaint is there is no counter space in the bathroom. The staff are all very pleasant and caring and call me if there is ever a concern. Moms diet is very different and there is a struggle with this part, however i feel like everyone is trying to work with it.

PositiveWhat we like the most about Oaks at Gracemont is that they seem to accommodate each individual's needs. Yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

CriticalAlways such a turnover in staff, price increase was terrible after 1st year, but overall it's been a good experience. Everyone is very kind to my dad, I do like that they just did a lot of painting, replacing carpet and furniture in common areas, I guess you can't help staff leaving, he also complained that the food is not good, however they do always keep me informed of things going on.

There are very little activities and in 2023 rent increase 12% (fee removed monthly) 2024 rent increase 7% (fee removed monthly) As rent increased, quality went down. At one point I had rats outside my villa & it took 3 weeks before Oaks got rid of them! PLEASE don't recommend this place to anyone. When I left there were 9 empty villas. Those of us who could afford to get out did. I feel so bad for those sti…
