Positive[name removed] toured us and she is absolutely amazing. She took her time to answer all our questions and understood that it was a hard decision for our family to make the facility was very clean and recently updated there seem to be a lot of activities going on in resident very happy.

There is a new executive director. Since he came, the communication has been 100% better, and just the overall day-to-day seems to have greatly improved. It seems to be better staffed than it was previously. they also now have a weekend management person which is a huge improvement because they never had one previously.
