PositiveIt's a friendly environment, and my mom has made a number of friends. She participates in some activities and skips others. I would say that the most disappointing thing is the food. Frequently cold, and apparently, the food is somewhat bland. From what my mother has shared with me, there's a lot of turnover with the kitchen staff. PositiveStaff were always very helpful. My uncle was loosing his vision before he passed & they had a monthly seminar on the topic which we found helpful. As a result, he was unable to participate in the many activities. There was a doctor assigned to the facility two days a week, which was very helpful.

CriticalAstonishing how horrible this place is. Like actually quite upsettingly astonishing. My father has gone two weeks without being seen by a doctor (he is recovering from surgery).
