CriticalRecently left....maintenance ignored issues for months and kn the case of security doors for over a year and counting. Hit with large move out charges unethically in my opinion. AVOID! Water damage from roof leak unrepaired for a year plus.. Dishwasher malfunction for 4 months, carpets in halls filthy...etc etc

PositiveThis is a place for someone who does not want to have to deal with any maintenance. You can leave and go on vacation without any problems. It is clean and well run. Very easy access to services, a grocery store near, tennis court, walking trails, a lot of close amenities in a great location. They have programs and something for everyone. It is more independent living and not for someone who needs more assistance.

PositiveThe staff and residents are super friendly. There are lots of activities, and they are awesome for the residents. The breakfast is available Monday through Friday, and this is awesome for us. On Wednesdays they offer a happy hour, and they even include some appetizers.

PositiveI'd certainly recommend that people look here if they're interested. I think the activities they offered before the pandemic have been great. And I've enjoyed the residents I've met here. It is extremely clean here. I've had no issue in that area. They have a really nice walking path, which is good because I enjoy walking outside. They just need to get the lobster food truck back in!
