★★★★★
PositiveThe staff have been so nice and accommodating. They bring her meals to her when she doesn't feel well enough to go to the dining room. I really like that it's a smaller one-story community. It makes it much easier for my mom to get around.
★★★★★
PositiveVery clean, area it's in is top notch, everyone working there are absolutely wonderful and helpful
★★★★★
Critical[name removed] didn’t bother showing up to the scheduled appointment. The faculty team were having a ‘meeting’ and didn’t seem concerned. No way I would trust them with my 87 yo mother. And we really wanted to like this facility.
★★★★★
PositiveIt ended up being much nicer than I expected and I chose it to be the place for dad to live. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. There is always a full calendar of activities. Recommend!
★★★★★
PositiveThey were instrumental in making all the arrangements to find me an adequate place for my father and help me negotiate price with our budget.
Response from the communityThank you for trusting us to help find the right place for your father.

CriticalDaniel island wasn't as bad, but drive time for family was a challenge. However, these roles (the general staff) are demanding. Not sure I could do it. I am no nurse. But the social interaction is really important. The physical and occupational therapy, access to physicians, etc... was a plus. Adhering to a schedule (meals, etc.) is important. Both locations provide those elements. But I challenge you to make everyone happy all the time.
Response from the communityThank you for taking the time to leave a review of our community. We are grateful for your feedback.
