PositiveBest staff and food
The staff is out of this world and very low turnover. They go out of their way to ensure patients are cared for. My mom has gained weight since moving here because she says the food is so good! Apartment size is huge; very clean; fun assorted activities (at Harmony and within the community locally).

Overall experience I would rate Harmony 4 stars. Everything has been excellent except for a few things. 1) There is trouble with the staff not giving my sister medication on time. Some days she doesn't get her daily shot for diabetes at all, even after multiple complaints to the medical staff by my nephew. Hopefully things are improving concerning this issue. 2) The elevator has been broken in the assisted living section for a few weeks and 3) My sister had four outlets not working at all. We put in a request for t…

PositiveThe facility is bright, clean, welcoming and does not seem institutional. The dining areas were nice and menus posted had something for everyone. The room we saw was a smallish studio which could use more space. Overall, we thought Harmony would be a good place to stay! Only complaint was on leaving, the marketing tour guide called my husband[Name Removed] instead of[Name Removed]. His name is [Name Removed]

PositiveHarmony is a wonderful independent living, assisted living, and memory care facility. They allow pets to live and/or visit patients/clients and have an abundance of amenities. I was not taken into the memory care unit but looked at assisted living rooms and they were quite nice. The staff was very pleasant and the facility was impeccable. My only drawback was that the pricing was a bit more than our budget would allow.
