CriticalMy initial reaction was disappointment that a person was not available for me to discuss Addison’s information. It is a lovely looking place but needs to be refreshed (painted). I did see 2 of the apartments which were nice. I observed several residents watching TV and eating lunch. It was very quiet there. I didn’t see anyone having a conversation. I was not at all impressed by what I saw that day. I left feeling depressed. The Addison is not for me.

Other patients are in and out of each others rooms consistently. Not enough employees assigned to area. Loved one was found unconscious in an empty room and we were not immediately notified
