That was the 1st house that I toured. [name removed] had such a positive attitude that I immediately loved about everything. She was very patient with the residents, so I knew my mom would love it there..and she does. First impressions are the lasting ones. The house is clean everytime I visit.

Pleasant Garden at Glenmore (also know as "Afternoon Tea") is an outstanding Assisted Living Facility. It is comfortable, welcoming, and embraces residents with love. [name removed], the House Mom, is the most caring, supportive, and wonderful person you will ever meet. She treats residents as if they were family. The happiness, joy, and caring are truly heart-warming. My mom loves Afternoon Tea. generally poor treatment of residents but my mom was kept clean while there. spoke to residents even when we were present poorly. kept our mom and her room clean but again overall poor treatment of residents when no one was around. but we still haven't received a formal apology from the house manager or owner who both are aware of the issue. no activities in the home but she went to an adult daycare, comparable to other similar facilities.

If u bring food for your loved one the staff helps themselves to it. The place is loud and the living room area is cluttered. There were constant flies and roaches in my fathers room. Sometimes the food was sub par for the amount he was paying monthly. We removed our loved one from there. It was just not the right place for him. Not all bad but not enough good.
