★★★★★
PositiveI would give the promanade 4 stars. They did a great job with cleanliness, food, overall service. The overnight staff needs to do a better job in checking on residents.
★★★★★
PositiveVery friendly staff and the facilities are well kept
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the community is that its very quiet and peaceful. Yes, we would most definitely recommend Promenade at Tuxedo Place to other families based on the experience so far. I have had nothing but positive experiences and my father has had nothing but good things to say about the place and the people.
★★★★★
PositivePlace for mom rep was amazing . She never gave up and [name removed] from promenade was great!! My Mother in law loves it there. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far .
★★★★★
PositiveAll good! Nice clean place( independent living apartment). Affordable. Staff very supportive, pleasant and efficient. Processed paperwork quickly and got me in within a months time! Very pleased with the facility, and the assisted living building & staff appear very well managed , attentive & helpful. Residents appear well taken care of
