Mom moved in last week and is very pleased so far. She likes her large and comfy room, the activities and nursing staff. The entire team was super helpful and accommodating throughout the transition. Happy she is safe and cared for in a nice environment.

Our dad move in around 2 weeks ago to heritage Grove At Arrowood, and we are very pleased with everything so far. dad seems very content and Happy. His room is clean and large. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good and portions are sizable. Overall very nice and clean assisted living with a good group of staff working there.

I have to make sure that my mom gets showers. They struggle keeping staff and the food isn't great but for the price you can't beat it! Mom is safe and happy and that's all that matters to me. If you're on a tight budget this is a must see. Clean and nice!!

If we could give the overall value for cost a 10+++ we would! Mom's apartment is lovely and clean. She has a lot of space and 24 hour medical assistance. We would Absolutely recommend this community to other families, especially those with a tight budget

Since the change in management I can’t say enough about the improvements not only In the care but also the cleanliness. My only complaint is the food service company, they definitely can do much better because it’s horrible according to my Father. I would definitely recommend Arrowood to others.

We did not have a good experience with Arrowood. They were not certified and were not even supposed to take my loved one. She was here a week and then they told us she was going to have to move out. My loved one was not happy and said the food was terrible. We could not get out fast enough and would not recommend them to others.
