They are very accommodating and always willing to help. Everyone is kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The place is also very clean and well maintained, and you can tell they care about providing a comfortable environment for the residents.

I know a few residents out here and it seems to me if they call a nurse to get help the nurses get an attitude. Well isn't that your job?? People in jail get taken care of then some of the residents in there. In my opinion you have to have some kind of competition with this career. People pay good money to stay here. They deserve to be treated better. I'm sorry for my rant but I just had to get it off my chest.

I can say Rosewood Greenbrier has been wonderful for my mom, she is content and happy there and has settled into friendships with staff and residents and participating in activities. We have been amazed how far she has come! The only glitch we're working through (bc we're new with this) is establishing regular communication with staff there. I'm afraid I do not have a high opinion of Rosewood Village. My husband was admitted to their memory care unit in [date removed]. He was assigned an unfurnished one bedroom apartment, so I hired movers to transport his furniture. He was at Rosewood for 23 days when he got aggressive at a community meal and started throwing things around. The facility sent him to the Emergency room to have him checked out.
