My wife has been at Savoy Place for 2 1/2 years and is receiving excellent care. CriticalBeware not as advertised.
The Director seems nice but she is not available and will lie to your face. On weekends and night they are usually under staffed. Most of workers are care givers not CNA's, also not trained to handle memory care people. Many of these places are in it for money not really interested in care of residents. There are some good workers here which is why we stay.

CriticalMy Mom and sister were the ones who toured Autumn Leaves and they were not impressed. They felt like it seemed understaffed and the person who did the tour did not seem very knowledgeable and couldn't answer their questions.
