CriticalUnderstaffed, No Rehabilitation, Meals are Late
There have been several altercations between the staff themselves forcing police intervention. The staff involved fired and hired at other locations; Inturn, sent back to the Monticello Location to cover staffing issues which there have been resident injuries following requiring hospitalization and surgery. In my opinion, this clearly was upsetting to my loved one. It’s situations like this factual occurrence that in my opinion impacted residents care.
