PositiveIt didn't feel like a hospital or an institution. There was music playing and the residents had free rein of the Facility. They were not confined and it just felt right. I also liked the monthly support group and the family get togethers.

CriticalHorrible. The staff does not communicate with each other. They don't help the patients eat that need help, no one to one attention. Everyday i had to check the medications to see if the right dose and what the dr ordered! They ordered a expectorant and given only 1st day. He passed away the 4th day because they never sent over his history. Very bad place. I hope it helps some people. They call themselves the best in vegas!!!

PositiveSilverado is good, i just thought she could use better daily stimulation like getting outdoors. We picked this community, because they had a doctor on call 24/7.

PositiveThis facility is super nice. They did so many little adventures like taking the residents to the park nearby. I would recommend this facility to others if they're able to afford it, but I will say the admin fee was also high at the time of signing. The facility is super expensive, we had to find my loved one a new place just because of the price being almost double.
