I feel safe knowing my mom is with these people who take care of her. They really do get to know the patients and treat them with kindness and respect. Example. My mom had an accident that made her dementia worse but, as she got better her memory returned a bit. One of the staff member's noticed that change. They moved her out of memory care and into assisted living where she has more freedom. She is much happier. I thought that was amazing. Sometimes you don't know what you can or should do. The facility is very welcoming from the minute you step through the door. Staff is quick to greet you and follow up with positive conversations. The facility is very clean and the upkeep is very noticeable. Many times I have seen them touching up the hall, doors, inside the elevator and other areas. The staff truly engages with all residents. They were very friendly on the independent side have an outstanding nurse and the food was good. The apartment sizes are good. You get wi-fi. And Tv. All utilities are also included. There is a difference between independent and assisted.

The Staff is amazing!

My parents moved into assisted living in [date removed]. My dad went into memory care in June and my Mom stayed in assisted living. The care and support they both received was remarkable. My dad passed away in August. The care and support my mom continues to receive from everyone who works there is amazing. They all truly care about my Moms well being. I am so thankful we chose this place and I am grateful for all the loving care for my family.

We used SilverCrest for a 7 day stay for my wife with LBD. The initial review with an intake person indicated we would be charge for 7 days and my wife would have help feeding herself (I had the impression the intake person was new on the job and not too good at it). When we checked in we were informed we would be charged for 8 days and they could not help her eat. They relented on both those changes and my wife was checked in.
