We are very pleased with the Staff. Very polite and helpful with any questions or concerns we might have. Also, the kitchen staff and food is great. My Dad is in a 1 bedroom apartment, but when a studio comes available we will be moving him into it. It will be more cost effective for him with his current income. He really doesn't need all that space. He seems to enjoy living there. They have many activities and I'm trying to get him to do some of them. Sometimes he just isn't interested but that's okay. Mom's move in was delayed due to a medical emergency. The staff had everything ready for my husband and I to prep her room for her. They delivered her meals to her until she was able to come to the dining room on her own. The admin staff checks in with me every time I come in to ensure her needs are met. The few maintenance issues have been addressed and corrected quickly and the staff chatted with mom and made her comfortable when they were in her room. We could not be more pleased and grateful!
